Gorgeous Property
7 of us have just returned from a long weekend stay. The house is tricky to find, down what looks like someone's driveway in the middle of a council estate but the house itself is set back with with gorgeous views over the canal. Hot tub was lovely and always hot, the house had everything we needed and accepted dogs. It is decorated lovely, old with the new. The only faults I would say it that the garden is very small and the house is noisy, the walls are so thin you can hear every noise in the house no matter what level you are on. It was spotlessly clean and each bedroom was a good size with plenty of bathrooms and storage space. Good walks on the doorstep too

Beautiful home with stunning views and hot tub
Myself and 5 friends have just returned from a weekend staying at Lock View. Slightly tricky to find but luckily Kyle was there to guide us in. Parking for 2 cars beside house. The accommodation is spread over 3 floors with twin beds downstairs beside the large kitchen diner, lead out onto a small garden with a hot tub. On the next level was a large lounge another bedroom which was ensuite and a family bathroom. Another level up was 2 further bedrooms both ensuite one with a free standing bath. Its a new build and finished beautifully although its quite a noisy house. We spent the majority of our time in the kitchen. Had all the facilities we needed. We had a drive to Skipton which is a lovely town then in the evening went for a drink at the local pub just a few minutes walk away - they don't appear to get many strangers as the locals asked what we wanted after all staring at us when we walked in! The chip shop near the pub was lovely. The next day the sun was shining and we had a lovely walk along the canal before heading home. This is a lovely property and I would happily return.

Fabulous
Stayed at Lock View for 3 nights, prior to arriving owner messaged to ask if any requests etc, when we arrived owner was there to meet us and show us around, they were very friendly, we could not fault this place it was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed, every room was beautifully decorated, the house is in a great location overlooking the canal and parking is located right outside the house, we would definitely return

Fabulous
Absolutely fabulous cottage with all the amenities you could hope for. Located close to the canal & really convenient for travelling around the Yorkshire Dales. Skipton & Grassington close by. Facilities are second to one and the owner was more than helpful on arrival. Brilliant welcome pack awaited us and the cottage was trimmed up for Christmas which was a really nice touch. Would not hesitate to recommend this cottage & myself and the 3 friends who visited with me are considering hiring it again.
