There is a wonderful sitting room area with comfortable seating arranged around an excellent real flame, wood burning-style gas stove - it's so cosy in the cooler months - plus there's a flat screen TV, DVD and views of the woodland from every window. Both bedrooms have views of woodland from the windows.

There is a gorgeous, elegant bathroom with a free standing bath, large shower, WC and hand wash basin. The toy cupboard, located off the entrance hall is a treasure chest - well-stocked with a superb selection of books, games, teddies and dolls - it's very popular with our young guests! First Floor On the upper mezzanine floor there is a superb master bedroom, very spacious, with glorious views of the woods plus a luxury en-suite shower room with good size shower, WC and hand wash basin. Outside This has a real wow factor! From the living space, doors open onto a wonderful enclosed decked veranda with table and chairs - perfect for al fresco meals - plus a luxury hot tub! Relax with a glass of champagne as the sun shines through a canopy of trees! taking in the wonderful views overlooking the woods.

Why not take your morning cuppa outside and listen to the birdsong as you relax and plan your day or enjoy afternoon tea in the fresh air after a day's sightseeing or lazing on the beach or take chilled glasses of fizz outside to savour the warm evening air before supper is served?
