The property additionally houses a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room. The kitchen is served by a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

For entertainment, guests can enjoy a TV, Smart TV with Sky Movies and Sports, two Smart TVs with Freeview, two TVs with Freeview, a DVD player, BOSE Speaker and WiFi.
