Minor criticisms
I asked about a Xmas tree, to which I'm still waiting for a reply. We took our own but there was one here already, so that was a waster of money. Hard to send a message through Sykes as it doesn't give you the option. Dog poo near the hot tub right now. Attention to detail by the builders, plumbers and electricians, was clearly forgotten.
