Yr Hen Dy in Llansanffraid Glan Conwy can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

The living areas include a kitchen housing an electric range cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, woodburning stove, dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. The bedrooms include a king-size, a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. The fireplaces in the bedrooms are not in use.

To the outside is a garden with hot tub and seating area and ample off-road parking. Within less than 3 miles there is a shop, 1 miles a pub and there is a beach within less than 4 miles. Two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. The property may be dusty and uneven in places. Please note, steep staircases, please take care.

The farmhouse is situated on a working farm, there may be associated noise and children and pets are to be supervised outside. Yr Hen Dy offers a lovely home-from-home in North Wales.
