The living areas in the reverse-level property include a first-floor, open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with a Smart TV and electric fire. The ground-floor bedrooms include two doubles and a bunk bed, along with a ground-floor shower room and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside, there is a rear garden with lawn and patio, a first-floor decking, and private parking for two cars.

Within 200 yards, you will find a shop, a pub and a beach. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
