With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, fully modernised and offering quality, spacious comfortable accommodation for 5 people, Clara's Cottage will suit a variety of guests looking to stay in a traditional village property. Warkworth is a very attractive village that has a variety of independent shops, eateries and not forgetting the fabulous Castle and River Coquet running through.

Our outstanding coastline is within a mile's drive away. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance Hall. Kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.

Utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, WC and wash hand basin. Dining room with table, chairs, gas wood burner style fire. Lounge with comfy leather sofas, gas wood burner style fire and TV.

Door to rear of property. FIRST FLOOR Stairs up to Bedroom 1 with single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and en suite shower room with shower, WC and wash hand basin. Steps up to Bedroom 2 with King size bed, TV, fitted wardrobes, en suite bathroom with shower over bath, WC and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 3 with double bed, TV, fitted wardrobes, en suite shower room with shower, WC and wash hand basin. OTHER FACILITIES Rear courtyard with bistro table and chairs. On street parking close by.

Gas central heating. All power, linen and 3 towels per person included in the rent. Regret no children under 10 years of age.
