Spyglass is a charming and unusual property, located in Dartmouth, Devon. the reverse-level accommodation has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, serviced by a shower room, sleeping four guests. The property also has a large, open-plan living area with kitchen, dining room, sitting room and woodburning stove.
Outside is a rooftop terrace with furniture and a barbecue, as well as fantastic views. Spyglass is a wonderful retreat close to the River Dart and the South Devon coast.

Lovely spot, wonderful views, great location
What a lovely place to stay. So quirky as an upside down house ! We visited in August as a family of 4. The views over Dartmouth harbour were lovely, day & night. The little veranda was such a lovely addition for drinks and dinner.
The location was brilliant, a stones throw from the Dartmouth arms pub which did great takeaway pizzas which we ate on the quay side, and also the fish & chip shop which was also lovely. Kids found it exciting to walk down the steps into the old fort each day.
The kitchen was well equipped and there was a tv with smart hub and free WiFi.
We always managed to get a car-parking spot outside, which was handy, as long as you got there after 4 you could leave the car until 11am. We also were given a parking permit for the main car park by the harbour too.
It was a charming place to stay. I would recommend it.
