With private parking directly outside the apartment, you enter into the light and airy kitchen and dining area before passing the double bedroom and bathroom on the way through to the sitting room. There is also a double sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. Here, even on a stormy day in winter, you will be able to relax and enjoy the amazing sea views across the bay.

From the delightful sheltered garden which is shared only with one other apartment, you have direct access onto the coastal path. Turn left and you will be on the magnificent Carbis Bay beach and right to the much quieter beautiful sands of Porth Kidney beach. The apartment is situated in a quiet area of Carbis Bay but with the beach, railway station, restaurants and shops all within five minutes’ walk, the situation is perfect.

Everyone will want to visit the picturesque harbour town of St Ives with its award-winning beaches, restaurants, cafes and bars but rather than try and drive and park in this ever-popular town, it is strongly recommended that you take the scenic four-minute train ride from the nearby station enabling you to enjoy your day to the full. A wonderful location offering comfortable accommodation all year round.
