There is plenty of space to unwind here after busy days spent out and about.
Make yourself at home on the large, inviting corner settee in the propertyâs sitting room â take advantage of the Smart TV and cosy up to enjoy a film night with a bottle of wine. A lovely bay window provides ample light and is a delightful spot for dining with a table and four chairs. Or, keep the cook company at the kitchen table as you plan what to see next.
There is everything you will need in the modern fitted kitchen to make your stay enjoyable. After all that refreshing sea air, a peaceful nightâs sleep beckons in the comfortable king-size bed in the double bedroom. Thereâs plenty of storage space, choose from wardrobe or chest of drawers, and a handy ornate mirror.
The immaculate shower room has a double size shower, basin and WC. Located in the West Cliff area of Whitby, Church View is close to the famous Whale Bones â which frame an amazing view over the town towards Whitby Abbey - as well as cliff-top attractions. For fun, try your luck at a spot of Crazy Golf.
Or, for something completely different, brave The Dracula Experience to learn about Draculaâs connection to Whitby. The town has a rich maritime history associated with Captain Cook, which is brought wonderfully to life in the Captain Cook Memorial Museum. Travellers are spoilt for choice when it comes to coastal walks.
For five milesâ of unspoilt sandy beach, visit the lovely Edwardian seaside resort of Filey. Or head to the fishing port of Staithes as a starting point for spectacular cliff-top walking.
