SITUATED IN A QUIET HAMLET PERFECT FOR FAMILIES OR COUPLES ALIKE.  Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in a quiet country setting this delightful detatched 16th century cottage offers good comfortable accommodation and is 0.5 miles to the spectacular North Devon coastline.

Hartland is only a couple of miles away and has a small selection of shops post office craft shops and pubs. You will be within walking distance of Hartland Point and Hartland Quay which offer some truly fantastic views. Excellent sandy beaches can be found nearby as well as many small coves and the traditional harbour of Clovelly.

There are many attractions in the area to suit all tastes including Hartland Abbey The Milky Way Big Sheep Rosemoor Docton Mill and much more within an easy drive. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: upstairs 1 king-size with en-suite shower room and WC 2 twin bedrooms (there is a permanent stairgate at the top of the stairs) downstairs is 1 king-size double. Bathroom: upstairs with WC downstairs (newly refurbished for 2011 season) with shower over bath and WC.

Lounge: with TV DVD and woodburner. Small children's room or snug room just off the lounge. Kitchen: with Rangemaster electric cooker dishwasher microwave washing machine tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.

Outside: enclosed garden area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen and electric included.

Central heating included but extra from May to September at £50 a week. No smoking inside the property. 1 dog welcome.

Although there is no cot or highchair available at the property you are welcome to bring your own. Location: shops 2 miles beach and pub walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
