Beautiful & Cosy
My review is delayed as I forgot the details to my old trip advisor account. After discussing this stay with a friend yesterday I reminded myself to credit this beautiful accommodation! We stayed in July last year, myself and boyfriend, parents, brother & fianc?, grandad & his partner. We were celebrating a mix of things from a wedding, to a graduation and leaving home. As my parents had stayed before they recommended it as a nice break for us all before the upcoming events. The destination is set on a main road although this is soon forgotten about when inside the premises. When actually looking out from the premises it is actually a lovely view, although on a road it is surrounded by lots of fields/landscapes. It is close to a pub, beach & small cafes. Within driving distance you can reach a small Tesco and local eateries. The actual venue is gorgeous, from outside it doesn't look much but the inside is well maintained and very stylish. Each room upstairs came with an en suite, they are very spacious, have double beds, are clean and modern. One room came with a very glamorous bath overlooking the land behind. The two rooms downstairs are designed for children, siblings or friends when accommodating for larger groups. These consisted of two single beds each, again spacious, clean and modern. Each room had a colour theme which was a nice touch. The dining area was cosy, surrounded by images with cute quotes. As you walk in the venue there is a small cabinet with house rules, which are understandable and not hard to follow, you can hang coats in this area, leave shoes & keys and if you take animals clean them before allowing them into downstairs rooms after walks. There is a downstairs bathroom and two living areas. One living area is quite a peaceful setting, being in the conservatory without a tele and equipped with basics. The other has access to magazines, books, board games, a television, it has a small fire, we spent most of our time in here. The kitchen is my favourite, allowing at least 4 cooks at a time, it is very spacious, again came equipped with all your necessities and even left over bits and bobs from other guests such as fairy liquid, hand soaps, foil and washing powder. The accommodation was clean throughout and faultless. As the weather wasn't amazing during our stay we were inside most of the 7 days but as the place was so lovely we didn't mind. The beach in walking distance is full of stones but a nice walk, the sea was a bit rough on the day we visited but was great site seeing. We made a trip one day to a castle, sorry can't remember the name, it was not to far away and a great day out. Didn't cost much and we spent a lot of time inside it. We parked on a high street and visited an ice cream shop! To die for!! The pub nearest to our accommodation was really welcoming and cheap for a couple of beers! You have to try the crab shop facing Tesco extra, you should pass it on the way to the house. It was delicious and the man in there is lovely! Great stay, lovely place, cosy and would suit a variety of ages/groups.

The cottage was a great size for the family. It was comfortable and cosy. We especially liked the location.

Another fab time at this spacious and lovely property. Three generations and branches of one family and a dog enjoyed an amazing week. The weather was ....... well winter but we had some stunning times in the sun and freezing cold wrapped up on Molfre, Bannlech and Red Warf Bay walking and building/destroying sand castles. My husband is a chef and so we all enjoyed amazing meals made better by the excellent kitchen facilities and utensils available. Cold though it was we did not need to light the log burner, super warm house all the time.

The property was absolutely lovely; the photographs were fantastic but this was a rare case of the real thing being far superior. The kitchen was brilliantly stocked, everywhere was clean, the beds were comfy, the showers great and the dining area large enough to accommodate everyone so that we could remain together. The area was stunning and we walked for miles; it seemed like everywhere we walked we could gaze at the sea. It was fabulous and healing for kids, dogs and adults. Everything was extremely impressive. We had the time of our lives and will be booking to return as soon as we can.
