3* nice but needs a little TLC
My opinion this is a very nice 3* lodge, comfortable, surface clean and the perfect setting. Loved Rushpool Hall and the grounds, nice to see Peacocks and ducks roaming free. Negative: *Internet was very poor, most of the time unavailable even after staff rebooted system. *Dishes cracked *kitchen knives so blunt unable to use *outside of lodge looks like needs some TLC quite obviously the cleaning doesn?t include the outside area. Leaves, branches, dirt - needed good sweep. Outside of lodge covered in cobwebs. *The dining area door to outside once opened was disgusting. Around the frame was packed solid dirt and grime. Would I go again and recommend.......... Sorry NO - loved the place but the negatives let the accommodation down.

A beautiful place for break. The cottage a very comfortable, warm, easy place to stay. The entrance hall had room for coats and shoes, there was a separate wash room where the boiler is, so it was warm to dry wet clothes & shoes in the winter, and the shower was lovely. It is well situated in the large grounds of The Hall.
