This detached, ground floor cottage sits in the centre of the village of Marske-by-the-Sea, sleeping four people in two bedrooms.

The Stables is a detached, ground floor barn conversion, settle in the centre of the village of Marske-by-the-Sea in North Yorkshire. With one double and one twin bedroom, this cottage can sleep four people. The cottage also includes a shower room, a kitchen, and a sitting room with a dining area.

Outside is off road parking for 1 car, along with a small, enclosed patio to the front of the cottage with furniture. Just moments from Marske-by-the-Sea's pubs and shops, and ten minute's walk from the pretty, sandy beach and harbour, but also within easy reach of the glorious North Yorkshire countryside, The Stables provides the perfect base for any group looking to discover this area.

A wonderful little place. Two bedrooms, large enough kitchen, nice shower-room and a large sitting room. There is parking for two cars and the beautiful beach can be less than 500metres away. Within less than 100 metres there is a small supermarket and other useful shops. The pub at the top of the road (the Zetland Hotel) currently only does meals 3 - 4 nights a week because of the COVID lock-down but is highly recommended and the people are very friendly. From here it is 20 minutes by car to other villages or the country park and a bit further to Whitby and Scarborough which are worth a visit.

Excellent quality cottage
Stayed for a week everything you could want including towels. Toiletries such as shower gel. Everything felt high quality. Owner was really friendly and helpful

Francoise C.

A lovely, well kept, clean cottage, tucked away from the high street. Ideal for families and couples, my children aged 6 and 8 years loved it. Will definitely return next year!
