Located in the pretty village of Naunton Beauchamp this lovely cottage built in local red clay brick is perfect for couples or small families that want to stay in a peaceful countryside village but remain a short drive away from the wealth of pretty towns attractions and days out. Ideally situated in the beautiful county of Worcestershire with the stunning Malvern Hills with the beautiful town of Evesham a 30-minute drive. There is a good local network of footpaths bridleways and lanes that are perfect for walking and cycling.

The unspoilt market town of Pershore on the banks of the Avon with its Georgian architecture is a short drive and boasts a magnificent Abbey and lovely boutique style shops surrounded by countryside. Why not visit some of the many formal gardens such as Spetchley Park a short drive or National Trust Croome Park 20 minutes. You will find this light and spacious accommodation nestles within the owner s grounds where a warm welcome awaits yet privacy is assured.

The property has one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with WC. Downstairs you will find open plan living area with kitchen and dining seating area together with a TV DVD and wood burner for those chilly nights. The kitchen area is well-equipped with small electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Outside you will find a seating and lawn area to the side of the property there is also parking for 2 cars.
