The Waterfront, Marine Approach is a superb townhouse located in a gated development, close to the market town of Northwich. This wonderful townhouse is set over three floors and has two second floor double bedrooms, a second floor shower room, a first floor bathroom, a ground floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a first floor sitting room with dining area. Outside there's a patio with furniture, a shared lawned garden and off road parking for one car.

The Waterfront, Marine Approach is a luxurious property with plenty to see and do in the area.

The perfect home from home!
We stayed for a weekend at this lovely property early in November. Northwich is a great base for us to visit family while we are in the UK and this house is in a fantastic location. Just a short walk to shops, restaurants and the cinema. It was absolutely perfect for us. The house is beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, equipped with everything that you need (including WiFi) and is really cosy and welcoming. We would recommend this house for long or short stays. While we were based there for family visits, this location would be ideal for visitors wanting to explore the local area as its central location means it's ideal as a base to visit North Wales, Chester, Liverpool, Manchester etc. There are also 2 airports about 30 mins drive away (Liverpool or Manchester).

This is an exceptional property, beautifully situated right on the waterfront and with easy access to the facilities of the town. It is furnished to a very good standard and the owners have provided everything a weary traveller could wish for. We will certainly return.

Northwich is a great base for a holiday and the property is very well located, being just a few minutes walk from the Town Centre shops and a supermarket. The town-house is relatively modern, very clean, spacious and furnished to feel like a house, not a holiday rental. The owner is very helpful and replied quickly to our queries with helpful suggestions of places to visit etc. The sunny morning views over the canal make a great start to the day.

Home from home
A very well appointed, comfortable and spacious house overlooking the Marina. It is minutes from Waitrose and the town centre. There is easy access to Chester and surrounding villages and towns. The house is spotlessly clean, well equipped and furnished to a high spec. Plenty of space inside and a pleasant seating area outside. Highly recommended.
