Warning, do not book this horrendous property. After travelling 5.5 hours only to find a dirty, unmaintained and ant infested property. Dirty kitchen, extremely mouldy showers, green algae around pool and mouldy playroom. Stained mattresses, human and animal hair everywhere including beds and sofas. Broken glass bedside cabinet tops. Owners unpleasant, unhelpful and refused to refund wasted funds in travelled to and from the extremely unpleasant property as we had to abort our family holiday as we could not stay in this property. Please avoid so you don't experience the nightmare my family had.

Birthday Celebration
3 families stayed for 2 nights to celebrate a birthday. Fabulous location, pool was superb & a big hit with the children aged from 4 - 14, even older teenagers enjoyed it! Only thing to improve would be changing the 4 bedded room to a twin & adding an en-suite. Outdoor hot tub, table tennis table & games room was an added bonus.

Fab holiday weekend
We wanted somewhere for 14 people that wasn?t too far away from home this was ideal We were celebrating a 18 th 40 th and 60 th birthday Age ranging from 3 to 63 The house was lived in comfy and roomy we loved it but especially the swimming pool the kids were never out of it could have been a bit warmer but ok when your having fun 2 hot tubs 1 inside 1 outside fantastic Games room Plenty of space for sitting eating playing games Equipped with everything you could need The only problem the dish washer wasn?t working not good when you've got 14 people felt like we were washing up every 2 mins but apart from that we really enjoyed it

Awful
Long story short don't book this! Upon arrival we noticed that it hadn?t been cleaned in a long time due to the build up of spiders and cobwebs! The bottom 2 rooms were damp and mouldy. Numerous objects were broken, such as the gym equipment which is all rusty and old and the games room, we didn?t use them at all as they weren?t useable! The owners weren?t very helpful and seemed to not care and believe that their property was in such a state! I won?t be returning.

Great place to stay for a big family gathering
11 of us stayed in this lovely large house which had a fantastic indoor heated pool, indoor games room, indoor gym a 6 comfortable bedrooms. It was very well equipped and the owners were on hand to help with any queries. We all had a fab time and would certainly go again.
