Extremely Rude!
After booking this property recently we had to cancel (more than 6 months in advance) due to an unforeseen family situation. Here is the response from the property - Why waste everyone's time booking somewhere to cancel a few days later!!
I can imagine there might be some frustration if a customer cancels a booking at the last minute but 6 months in advance?? I will not share our personal misfortune that lead to this cancellation but I must say that this response is about the least professional and sympathetic response I've ever seen.
