Bryn Tirion - Penrhynside is a lovely holiday cottage close to Llandudno with stunning views, especially from the master bedroom! If you’re after a cosy and welcoming holiday cottage close to the coastline of North Wales, then this might well be the one for you. The kitchen has everything you need for rustling up a good meal. There’s an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and toaster.

The dining area has a table enough room to seat up to six people. Next the the table, patio doors lead out to the rear courtyard. The cosy sitting room has comfy sofas set around a Smart TV.

On the first floor are two bedrooms - one has a king sized bed and nice views across the bay. There is a further bedroom with double bed. There are also stairs leading up to a spacious eaves bedroom that has a double bed and sofa.

The bathroom is located on the first floor. There is a bath with shower over, loo and wash hand basin. Outside is a terraced front garden and an enclosed courtyard to the back of the house.

Bryn Tirion is situated in Penrhynside, a small village just outside of Llandudno. Boasting no less than two traditional pubs that offer real ale, it’s a great place to base yourself. Penrhyn Bay is close by and there you’ll find a supermarket and a selection of small shops and restaurants.

Ever-popular Victorian Llandudno offers two beaches, a promenade perfect for strolling along, a theatre, shops, and some great places to eat and drink. Head up the Great Orme to soak up spectacular views out to sea and across the stunning coastline of North Wales. Pop along to Conwy where you’ll find more lovely local shops, some historic houses and even Bodnant Gardens.

You’ll have plenty to see and do close by.
