Corner View is a charming end-terrace cottage in the village of North Dalton near Driffield in Yorkshire. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a king-size double and a twin which is zip/link and a separate bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kItchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove.
To the outside is off road parking for one car and a small rear patio with furniture and BBQ. Set in a wonderful location, Corner View can be enjoyed at any time of the year

Newly renovated and clean.
This is like a hotel suite in the middle of the village. Big kitchen, very cosy living room and two decent size bedrooms with thin duvets and small TVs. Wood burning log but we did not use it. Modern bathroom: bathtub and separate shower. Fluffy grey towels.
The landscape around is mainly rural and chalk fields. Whitby 1,15 h, York 50 min. It is by the passing road with rear parking but quiet at night. Only small patio with afternoon sun, no real garden. Walk available behind the property. Both bedrooms at the roadside. Very small windows so cottage is dark inside. Skylight window in the bathroom, no blind but not overlooked.
Village is pretty with the pond but no facilities so come prepared.
Nice welcome pack from the owners. They are very efficient and civil but not overly friendly or on first name terms. You can tell they are running the business and not there to make friends with guests but that's ok too.
