Brilliant
We stayed in Honey Cottage for about a week. This is a warm, smart, immaculate and well-appointed rental cottage set in the picturesque street of Mitchelgate. Everything worked well despite the best efforts of Storms Ciara and Dennis. It is within very easy walking distance of the centre of town, (great pubs/restaurants and small shops), and Booth's supermarket, (AKA: "the Waitrose of the North" - although IMHO Waitrose is still behind out of the two) As always in Kirby Lonsdale parking can be a problem, circumvented in this case by the provision of a visitors' parking permit. Parking directly outside of the front door isn't possible although an alcove/wide pavement opposite allows for quick unpacking.

Beautiful cottage, great location
What a lovely little cottage this is. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly and have thought of everything you might need. Is is very tastefully decorated and clean throughout. We all appreciated the bottle of fizz and chocolates - so thoughtful. We'd love to visit again when the weather is better so we can take advantage of the outside patio area. Thank you Heather and Paul. We can't recommend Honey Cottage highly enough.

Excellent
We have just spent a lovely weekend here with family. First impressions-ideal location, couple minutes walk into the town which is so pretty with plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants. Beautiful church and walks. The cottage is charming, on our arrival there was Cava, posh chocolates and biscuits. The owners have thought of everything, there was lots of thoughtful touches which just made our stay even more special. Definitely highly recommend Honey cottage and Kirkby Lonsdale and we would definitely visit again !!!!

Beautiful Cottage Lovely Outdoor Space
We stayed in Honey Cottage for a family and friends get together. The property is centrally located with a lovely patio terrace. We were greeted with a Welcomed bottle of wine for ourselves and a treats, bed etc for our little dog. Beautifully clean with all the bits and bobs that most would need. The owner is extremely helpful and we felt we could contact with queries very easily. We would definitely recommend both Kirby and this property and hope to return. Thanks to Heather the owner.
