Its interior also includes a kitchen with breakfast area, a utility, a dining room, a sitting room with an open fire, a snug and a conservatory with comfortable seating, dining furniture and an electric fire.
To the outside there is ample off-road parking and enclosed gardens comprising of lawns and patios with furniture, a barbecue as well as a pond and a utility. Llwyn Derw is a wonderfully spacious cottage for groups of friends and family to come together and enjoy.

Perfect holiday
Back home after a 2nd stay at this wonderful property.
Travelled as a family of 10, the house is very spacious with all the facilities needed for a fantastic holiday, wonderful gardens with plenty of room to find that quiet spot!!
Perfect spot 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the pub !!
Marian is the perfect host with nothing being to much trouble.
Definitely looking to return next year
