In addition to the en suite shower room is a family bathroom and shower room, and the property accommodates a maximum of 6 adults, 2 children and 1 infant (one master double with estuary views, one twin room, one double room, and one children's room with a bunk bed). There is also an open plan kitchen/dining room, two lounges and a utility area.

Outside is a sloping garden, and furnished sun terrace with a barbecue. A parking permit for one car is also provided for the nearby long stay car park. Leylands provides spacious, well-equipped family friendly accommodation, in a peaceful spot within easy walking distance of Salcombe's quayside and beaches.
