The living areas in this property consist of kitchen/diner with a Rangemaster with five-ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher, two sitting rooms, both with woodburning stoves and TVs, and a games room (include contents of the games room). The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, two king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom and shower room. Outside there is allocated parking for two cars.

One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You?ll find a shop in less than 4 miles and a pub in 300 yards.

Brook House is a wonderfully positioned to explore all that Suffolk has to offer. Note: There will be a welcome gift on arrival. Note: No unaccompanied teenagers please.

Note: If you wish to bring a dog, please inform us at time of booking. Note: The games room is a great place for kids of any age to while away some time with pool or table tennis, however be aware that there's no heating.
