This four-bedroom barn conversion has a ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link) with a TV and en-suite shower room, a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom, an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a utility and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and for entertainment there are TVs, WiFi, and a selection of books and access to the on-site pool. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available and outside there is ample off-road parking and a garden with a lawn, patio, fire pit, and furniture.
Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop in less than 2 miles and a pub in less than 1 miles.
Batts Barn is a fabulous escape for a trip to Kent.
