The Thatched Cottage is a thatched-roof, detached cottage sitting on the edges of Crediton, Devon and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric range with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, a utility with a washing machine, tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for eight people, a woodburning stove, and a sitting room with a bar, TV, an open fire, a selection of books. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with a basin and a TV, a ground-floor double with a basin, TV and en-suite shower room, a double (zip/link, can be twin on request) with a basin and a TV, a studio-style layout with a double, day bed, basin, TV, sitting area, dining area, an en-suite shower and a separate, en-suite WC. Outside, there is a rear garden with a gravelled area, lawned area, decking, hot tub, a bar, table tennis and furniture, along with off-road parking for four cars.

Within less than 2 miles, you will find a shop, and within less than 2 miles, a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are allowed; however, smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, starter packs for the woodburning stove and open fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
