Kinclune House and Annexe consists of a main house, including a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and dining seating for ten guests, a sitting room with open fire and a snug with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite roll-top bath, handheld shower, walk-in shower, basin and WC, a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a king-size, and two doubles, serviced by a shower room, two bathrooms and a cloakroom. The annexe has a kitchen/living room with woodburning stove and a Smart TV, as well as a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and an adjoining twin.

Outside there is a private garden with pergola and furniture, off-road parking for five cars, and EV charging is available on request. Within less than 6 miles you will find a shop, within less than 7 miles a pub and please note that three well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
