The property has two en suite double bedrooms, one with zip and link single beds, a family bathroom and a cloakroom. There is a modern well equipped kitchen, dining room and stylish lounge with attractive period fireplace with marble surround and coal-effect gas fire.

Outside is a spacious terrace and raised area with decking with table, four chairs and two sun loungers. Balmoral House provides an ideal base for couples to enjoy and explore Dartmouth and the South Hams.
