Pipit House in Whitby North Yorkshire, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.
The living areas in this three-storey property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, woodburning stove, TV with Freeview, DVD player, a selection of books, games and DVDs. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor super-king-size (zip/link), and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with bench, a rear decked terrace with furniture, and a local car parks in the area with permit parking, or the option of roadside parking.
One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in less than 1 miles, a pub and River Esk in 200 yards, and the beach in less than 1 miles. Pipit House is well-positioned to enjoy a North Yorkshire escape.
