This property is located in the seaside resort of Torquay the most northerly town on the attractive bay which makes up the English Riviera. Often seen as the most upmarket of Torbay s resorts Torquay offers a beautiful palm-lined seafront and chic pavement cafes which give the town the elegant air of a Mediterranean resort. A ferry running across the bay takes visitors across to the fishing town of Brixham where you can enjoy fresh seafood in the town s many restaurants.
Between these two towns lies Paignton a traditional seaside resort with a pier beach and a fantastic zoo. If you want to leave the car behind jump on the train which is easily accessible from this property and head towards Exeter or Plymouth for shopping or browsing. To keep your pet happy head to the coast and join the South West coastal path.
Access to this property is via a flight of external stairs which lead to the front door. The welcoming lounge/diner is a homely space with an electric fire TV and DVD player which can be enjoyed from the comfortable sofas. At the other end of the room the dining space has a table which seats four.
A door leads through to the kitchen where there is a gas oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. A sun room provides a second dining space and is accessed through both the lounge and the kitchen making it easy to enjoy meals in this relaxing space. The cottage has two bedrooms the first of these being a double room and the second a twin.
The bathroom meanwhile offers a shower over bath and WC. Patio doors from the sun room open onto the property s enclosed private patio where there are an array of pretty planters and garden furniture. There is off-road parking for one small car along with roadside parking available locally.
