The cottage has four bedrooms (three doubles - one with an ensuite - and one with bunk beds) and a family bathroom, making it suitable for eight people. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a conservatory, and a first floor sitting room.
Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed patio garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a gate to the river. Just a couple of miles from Whitby and in close proximity to the moors, 27 Mill Court is a superb family holiday home in this beautiful part of Yorkshire.
