Lovely cottage,lovely village,lovely area
This is a beautifully presented,well-equipped cottage in a lovely little village ,very centrally positioned to take advantage of all the area has to offer.Spotlessly clean,a very much appreciated welcoming bottle of wine, comfy beds, gorgeous decor, and a walk-in wardrobe...it had the lot.The owner,Chris ,texted me on the day that we were due to arrive to tell me that the property was ready for us,which I thought was a nice touch, and the property was easy to find. There's a decent pub ( that does an excellent Sunday lunch), a Chinese restaurant and a fish + chip shop within a 15 minute walk, and the local butcher is only 300 yards away. The locals were very friendly and offered us tips on where to go and what to do to make the most of our stay.We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would not hesitate to recommend it .

I booked this after looking at lots of cottage websites, we were looking for a home from home, and actually ended up with a cottage better than our own home. The house is furnished to an amazing standard throughout, the whole place was spotless on arrival and situated in a lovely quiet village. A thug hatful bottle of wine to get our holiday started left by the owner. Other little touches, where towels, hand soaps in the bathroom, toilet rolls, wasnhing up liquid. All tahings that we normally pack to take with us. The house is spacious. We arrived as a family of three at the beginning of the week, and had our parents visit mid week and still there was plenty of room. Lovely family kitchen, which accommodate us all and handy utility room with washing machine which I used as I hate coming Home with holiday washing. Small garden to the rear, which could do with cutting back and paving over so that the space could be used a bit more. We travelled to Bridlington, York, Whitby and Hornsea during our stay and they were all within perfect reach. We loved it and we are sad to be home. Thank you Chris and Amanda we had a fantastic time in Yorkshire

Home from Home
This was a lovely property to come home to at the end of the day. It was spacious, clean and beautifully presented, we couldn't think of anything that it lacked. When we booked we were slightly concerned about it being situated on a through road but we needn't have worried the road was not busy and wasn't a problem in any way. Also it was very well placed for visiting many of the attractions that this part of Yorkshire has to offer.. The village of Beeford boasts a small village shop/post office,a chinese restaurant, pub (no food),a good fish & chip shop and an excellent butchers, for anything else you would have to go to Driffield or Hornsea. We felt very at home in this cottage.
