Good but could be better
Interesting barn close to Hereford and Abergavenny. Stayed with a group of girlfriends for a big birthday. It wasn?t as clean as we would like, with lots of dead flies around, and cobwebs. Insufficient bowls for a large group and the oak worktops need replacing / some serious tlc. Cracked windows stuck together with tape. The blue armchairs need a good clean. Showers were weak if more than one person was showering, so stage your scrubs. Lots of steps up and down as you go through the barn so not suitable for the unsteady. This could be a great place but it feels a little unloved.

Great House. Lovely Location
Our family of eight stayed here and had a lovely time. The house is a barn conversion and has plenty of space. It's an 'upside down' house with the bedrooms on the ground floor and living areas and kitchen on the split first floor. The garden is huge, enclosed with plenty of seating and a barbecue. The surroundings are peaceful with wheat fields. The lady who looked after the property was pleasant and courteous. We found the house clean and tidy. The bathroom facilities were first class. The only downside being we would have liked more double beds to for our four couples and would suggest the use of zip-link beds instead of singles which would give greater flexibility for customers. The house was close to the city of Hereford and not that far from any of the lovely market towns in the county. A great place to stay and explore Herefordshire.

All round superb accommodation, would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

This is a beautiful large property with loads of room and so much to do in the local area, even after a second visit. It has a fantastic garden for the children to play in.
Mrs Proudley

It was spacious and very comfortable and the standard of the furnishings was high. Lots of attention had been given to how people might want to use the property, for example, games had been provided for use in the garden. The contact couldn't have been more helpful. The garden was far bigger than we'd imagined with plenty of space for the children to play.
