This delightful three-storey mill retains many of its original features and is accessed along a private track nestled in the quiet Arrow Valley with bird song and the river bubbling by and only a handful of properties within a couple of miles. An ideal location for those looking for peace and tranquillity. Sitting on the English/Welsh border there is much to offer footpaths and riverside walks lead direct from the property Offa s Dyke path is close by.

The Black Mountains Brecon Beacons and the Wye Valley are all within easy reach. There are an abundance of National Trust properties locally Hergest Croft Gardens Croft Castle Berrington Hall Hampton Court Gardens The Weir and the Brecon and Hereford Cathedral which features the The Mappa Mundi and Chained Library Exhibition to name but a few. Hay-on-Wye is famous for its bookshops and festivals yet still retains its old market town atmosphere.

This unique old corn mill is arranged over three floors and offers TWO bedroom areas: on the second floor 1 double reached via the twin room. Wet room: on the ground floor with WC. Lounge: on the first-floor spacious room with TV DVD Freeview and woodburner (logs available locally).

Kitchen/diner: on the ground floor with electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Outside: enclosed area with garden furniture overlooking the river. Amenities: ample off-road parking.
