The owners were delightful. We loved the ducks, hens, cockerels, sheep and Jack and Daniel the donkeys. The location had beautiful views and surroundings and was particularly interesting if you are interested in industrial history. Particularly enjoyed Holmfirth.

Foxstone Edge is a lovely cottage in beautiful surroundings. There were fantastic walks straight from the door and incredible views. We were entertained daily by the fabulous ducks and donkeys. The cottage was comfortable and cosy, the owners are lovely people, very friendly and keen to make us feel welcome. The surrounding area is brilliant for walking, we especially loved the Huddersfield Canal walks. A lovely holiday, thank you!
