This detached, lakeside holiday home is situated in Lower Mill Estate and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

The View is a detached, lakeside holiday home situated in Lower Mill Estate, Gloucestershire. It is deep within a 500 acre nature reserve, deep in the Cotswold Water Park. Inside, the property has been presented in light, natural colours with the main feature being the huge glass wall on the first floor.

The property has an upside down layout the bedrooms found on the ground floor. There are two king-size bedrooms with an en suite bath and shower room and WC, one of those has sliding glass doors which lead to the garden, and one twin bedroom. There is also a separate bathroom and WC.

On the first floor is an open-plan living room with a wood burning fire, a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area. Outside has a terrace on the first floor and a decked area on the ground floor with a table and chairs provided. You will also have shared use of on-site facilities such as the Artspa with its gym, sauna, spa, and three heated pools.

Off road parking is available. The View is excellent for family vacations.

The open water bodies are NOT supervised by LME staff 2
British Standard buoyancy aids must be worn by all Homeowners, Guests and Renters wishing to use the lakes and users are encouraged to make themselves aware of the location of throw lines which are situated at appropriate locations at the edge of lakes 3
Swimmers should ensure that they do not enter the water bodies without supervision from others of their household 4
Swimmers will be asked politely to leave the water bodies if it is believed that the activities taking place are dangerous or no buoyancy aids are worn 5
No inflatables to be used on the lakes at any time
