To the outside you will find plenty of off road parking and a courtyard with furniture. Meadow Cottage is a charming getaway set among the wonderful countryside of North Yorkshire.

A lovely cosy cottage, perfect for two, open fire, warm, clean and comfortable, beautiful setting. Very friendly owner, perfect base for visiting whitby, scarborough and the north york moors, we will be back.

Exceptional Yorkshire hospitality and venue at Cowldyke farm..... a treasure of the county!
Meadow Cottage, Colwdyke Farm, Great Edstone, North Yorkshire
We have just returned from a 7 night stay in Meadow Cottage on the working farm of Colwdyke. The welcome was superb and the whole family appeared to embrace us and our dog during our stay. They always made time to enquire about our day and to share local knowledge when asked.
The standard of the cottage was very good with lots of amenities.
The scenery was outstanding and we were encouraged to take in the natural beauty of the farm and surrounding area. The flora and fauna were breath taking, from hares , foxes, roe deer, to trout rising in Dove stream all within a few minutes walk from the cottage....truly idyllic.
We will definitely we re - booking accommodation on this farm....
