Also inside there is a kitchen with a breakfast table, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a conservatory/dining room and a play room.
To the outside there is plenty of off road parking, a front enclosed lawn and a rear enclosed garden with a lawn with a small beck and a gravel area with furniture. Rose Farm is an attractive property placed well for exploring the Lakes.

Fantastic half term break
Had a wonderful few days staying at Rose Farm. The cottage was beautifully decorated and really spacious. Our four children loved the garden and there is a stream close by go paddling in. Highly recommend getting the steamer boat across Ullswater. Great stay, lovely walks in the day, well equipped kitchen for evening meals and cosy sitting room with logburning stove to relax in at the end of the day. We will be coming back!

Beautiful Cottage
We stayed for a weekend with family members, the cottage is beautiful & very spacious, the only downside is that there is only one TV in the whole house, this could be an issue if you have children staying with you. Plus i think they are missing a trick, as there are 3 eating areas, i would change the dinning room into a kids area and replace the table for bean bags & put a separate TV in this room, this would be ideal if you are a family, as there is nothing worse than trying to keep kids entertained on holiday.
