Perfect cottage with amazing views
I stayed at The Old Byre with my Wife and 2 young kids. We were lucky enough to be some of the first guests staying at the cottage and everything was pristine and very new. The whole cottage is kitted out to the highest standard and has everything you could need from an ice dispenser in the fridge to Smart TVs in every room. One of the main highlights though is the large hot tub with uninterrupted views across the Tees Valley. The outdoor space is perfect for the kids. The plot is very secluded on its own with no neighbors and is completely enclosed, it even has a large electric entry gate. There is loads of space for the kids to play and it even has a swing. One of the three bedrooms is separate in its own annex which I imagine would be great for family groups where the grandparents might want their own space! Unfortunately we stayed just before the games room was finished but we were told that was coming the following week so it will be up and running by now. The location is also great. we headed into Middleton and Teesdale where there is a great little playground as well as some lovely pubs and an award winning chippy. We'll definitely be coming back!
