Sandpiper Cottage is an impeccable barn conversion situated in Batston near Salcombe, Devon and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

The three bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin which share access to a bathroom and cloakroom. Additionally, there is a kitchen and living/dining room with a woodburning stove. In the kitchen lies an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher.

There is also a TV and WiFi for entertainment. Outside, you will find three handy allocated parking places, including boat parking, as well as an enclosed, multi-level back garden with patio, gravelled area, lawned area, barbecue and furniture. There is central heating with a woodburning stove.

The fuel and power are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are also included. One well-behaved furry friend is welcome.
