The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV, a selection of books and games, and woodburning stove, and a utility with washing machine, fridge, and freezer. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with balcony and en-suite, a double, and a twin with balcony, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture ,a rear yard, and roadside parking.

One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A stairgate is already installed.

You'll find a village shop in 200 yards, pub 200 yards and beach 20 yards. Rock House is well-positioned to explore the Pembrokeshire coast. Note: There are steps to the front and the back of the property.
