The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/dining room with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer, a dining room, a sitting room with 50" Smart TV, open fire and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link), a king-size, and second-floor twin, along with a cloakroom, shower room and a bathroom. Outside there is a shared garden with furniture, barbecue and access to private area of woodland and off-road parking for two cars.

Within less than 4 miles you will find a shop, within less than 1 miles, a pub and within 200 yards, a river and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack of logs (extra logs can be purchased on site), bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Kail House is a charming base from which to enjoy quality time with friends and family in North Yorkshire.
