Wonderful place
Me and 2 of my friends recently stayed here for a couple of nights and we loved every second of our stay. The cottage itself was beautiful, set in a stunning location. The hot tub was amazing, especially at night under the stars!! The owners Kate and Alan are lovely people. The only drawback to our stay was having to leave!! It was quite depressing coming back to 'reality'. My only hope is that one day I will win the lottery and throw as much money as possible to the owners, then I can stay forever!! We are already planning our next trip back. Can't recommend this place enough.

Tonic to modern life
We recently stayed for a week in the stables, my wife organised it all and I was not happy at all after looking at the location, I wanted to be close to snowdon, or close by. So was not honestly looking forward to this stay. I could not have been more wrong, the cottage we stayed in was very well equipped, the location was frankly stunning. Our hosts were spot on, friendly and warm always having time for a chat and to make valuable recommendations. Our little girl constantly pillaged their fruit bushes and the mass of animals around the valley and cottage were most welcome to us townies Everything in the cottage was clean and working, however we had no phone signal and no WiFi for large periods of our stay.. BONUS. We love to walk and the property is well located to enjoy lots of stunning walks for those willing to make the effort. All the locals we came across were friendly and welcoming, it left a really good impression on us. I'm struggling to put into words how much we as a family enjoyed our stay and how much I needed this break, it was a perfect stress reduction therapy :-) Many thanks to all who made our stay so enjoyable. We will be returning.

Lovely and cosy
The view is amazing and peaceful. I thought hot tub was included the price but it wasn't. I paid ?30 ! Cottage is lovely and the owner was helpful and friendly .

Not what it says on the tin
We rented this property for a week in June this year. We have rented with Sykes before so I thought we would be ok. It was a very disappointing holiday to say the least. The directions to the property were not that good, a bit misleading. The property in my opinion is not suitable for people with children under the age of 6 as there are steep stairs in property. To be able to go anywhere you need to drive a fair way, down the mountain track and the very narrow road leading up to the property. The property when we booked it said it slept 5 since we returned it has been changed to sleeps 3. The wi-fi only worked in the bedroom as the router was in the other cottage

We had a really good time at The Stable and the owners were very good and helpful. The property was everything we could have asked for.
