Great property in a great location
Lovely property, pool and hot tub both great and well maintained. All spotlessly clean and the owners had really thought of everything you could expect from a holiday rental. Location was ideal close to lots of tourist attractions but in a small, quiet village (2 pubs and a shop within 5 mins walk). Great place for a holiday.

Great wee find
Lovely cottage in a really nice village. Pool and hot tub are a huge bonus which we used every day. Cottage very clean but needing a little tlc and some repairs. Plenty of towels provided which was great only thing which would be helpful was fans in the bedrooms as they get super warm during the night. Garden very private owners very nice and unobtrusive. The lane leading to the cottage desperately needs trimmed as the trees were scraping along the cars each time we went in and out . Handy for visits to Scarborough and Flamingoland etc. I would recommend the cottage to others and would boll again if going back in that area :)

Was brilliant the grandkids loved the pool 8,9,10 years old just perfect for them.they loved it couldn?t get them out.The hot tub was lovely and relaxing, had lovely meal in the pub five minutes walk,The shop was well stocked and not over priced for a village shop the park next to shop was good to let the run about why we was shopping ,the cottage was beautiful lovely and clean had every thing you needed highly recommend

The cottage is a home from home with everything you need, and the swimming pool is great. Loved the location and outdoor space. The owners are friendly and helpful.

The four of us had a wonderful week, everything is true luxury in the barn and we visited Scarborough, Filey and Whitby for great days out.
