Wodlands is a detached cottage situated in a quiet residential area, just two miles from the town centre of Scarborough. This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of two doubles, one of which has an en-suite, and two singles, both with pull-out beds, plus there is a separate family bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining room, a sitting room with gas fire and a conservatory. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Woodlands offers a convenient base for exploring seaside towns, as well as the wonderful North York Moors National Park.

Woodlands was very comfortable and spotless.

Lovely house and garden. Quiet area.
Visited Woodlands during the July heatwave so it was absolutely roasting- we struggled with the heat in the house but we couldn't have expected the 30degree C heat. We made full use of the garden- kids had a paddling pool and we used the lovely gas BBQ that is provided. 4 Bedrooms- 3 bath with one room en-suite. Suited us fine for the kids. Some kids toys would have been appreciated - there were adult jigsaws and board games but nothing for younger kids. The house does have wifi which is very helpful. The house is situated 5 mins from the town centre by car and is in a lovely quiet residential area. Plenty to do in Scarborough - the beach is gorgeous. North Beach is much quieter than the very crowded South Beach which is beside all the arcades and shops. The castle is worth a visit and the views from the top are lovely. It is a short walk up a steep hill to access. Thanks

Loads of space and very clean throughout. I would recommend to friends and family.
Mr Lind

The house was very clean and smartly furnished. There wasn't anything we wanted and couldn't find. There were lots of personal extras that made it more like a home than a holiday let. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend this property. There were plenty of places to visit and sights to see in the surrounding area. We would definitely come here again.
Mrs Ewers

The cottage was situated in a popular part of Scarborough, very clean and great facilities. There was plenty of things to do in the local area, near to the Yorkshire Moors and Coast giving it easy access to the lovely country villages.
