This cottage is in the grounds of a former mill in New Mills and can sleep seven people in three bedrooms

The Old Workshop is a superb cottage in the grounds of a Grade II* listed former mill on the River Goyt, just on the edge of the Derbyshire town of New Mills. The cottage is all on the first floor and sleeps seven people in three double bedrooms (one with a pull-out bed) along with two family bathrooms. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area.

Outside is off road parking and access to the river and a myriad of walks. The Old Workshop is a superb holiday home in an historic building set in a magnificent location.

Nice spacious dwelling. 3 large bedrooms and large kitchen/living area. Good facilities. Seating area outside in woodland. Opposite a very pleasent restaurant/ wine bar. Would recommend the satay chicken. Wifi strong... Lots of walks nearby. One bedroom was right over the outside seating for the restaurant so very noisy till 11:30 on Friday and Saturdays. People who owned the appartment very helpful with a couple of minor issues we had. All in all very pleasent.

We're ladies if you please!!

An awesome place to stay which was homely and unique with an open plan design. The location was great, close to the town centre and with good transport links - the bus and train station were a short walk away. The accommodation was first class and in a peaceful and tranquil location.
