Watergarden 9 forms part of a small clutch of just ten homes centered around a water garden at the heart of this small enclave. It is located in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. The property opens up to an open-plan living room with an open fire, a fitted kitchen and dining area. Upstairs has one king-size bedroom with an en suite bathroom and WC, and access to a private balcony overlooking the water garden. There is another king-size bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom with a pull out trundle bed. There is a separate bathroom and WC. Outside has a decking area with a gas barbecue overlooking the lagoon with seating for five and a second floor rooftop terrace with a picnic table and chair for eight. Guests also have access to the Artspa facility with its indoor and outdoor heated pools. Parking is available at the property for one car. Watergarden 9 is the ideal property for friends and families.
