Perfect countryside getaway
I stayed for a week in April 2021 with my daughters and was so impressed. It is finished to luxury hotel standards, fantastically equipped and the super king bed is sooooo comfortable. Anna and Adam are fantastic hosts who can't do enough for you. I was impressed I've already booked again for October and can't wait to go back.

Perfect!
Little acres was perfect for our stay. Immaculate and felt home from home, everything we needed was there. Our retriever loved the garden and he even found a new play pal, Claude next door! Thank you for our stay and lovely welcome pack!

Lovely!!
We stayed here for 4 nights in May and enjoyed every min. The cottage is absolutely spotless, with everything you need. The beds were so comfortable!! Garden was lovely and secure which was perfect for our little puppy. The area is so peaceful. We drove into York a couple of times and Harrogate is not too far away. The owners were very friendly and live next door if you need anything. We sat outside the castle inn pub and had lunch which was delicious, it's only down the road from the cottage. We would definitely recommend and will be visiting again!
