The property also features a kitchen, dining room and sitting room with gas fire, along with a games room. Outside there is road-side parking available, a small front garden and a rear patio with decking and a picnic bench. Lighthouse View is an idyllic property for a coastal Devonshire getaway.

Clean, spacious a great holiday hub
Our family stayed at Lighthouse View in the May half term,6 adults and 4 children aged from 10-14 they also except pets.
On arrival there was a lovely welcome pack of tea,coffee,milk and a yummy cake, which was much appreciated after a long journey.
The house was clean and had enough room that we didn't feel on top of each other. It was within walking distance of the harbour and local amenities.
The owner pointed us in the direction of Hele Bay a lovely cove a short walk from the house.
On are stay we visited the surrounding areas of Woolacombe and Croyde for surfing and Coastering, had a boat trip from Ilfracombe.
We would highly recommend the house for large groups of friends or families.
