Garden Cottage is a tasteful cottage on a 130 acre working sheep farm on the side of a valley two miles from Bideford, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms; a four poster double with en-suite, and two twin rooms, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, dining room, and a sitting room.
To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, a lawned garden to the front, and rear garden with picnic bench and barbecue, 130-acre natural grounds and orchard with terrace sun loungers (shared with owner and other properties on-site). There is also a shared seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool. Resting in a wonderful location with pleasant views, Garden Cottage is a unique retreat in a memorable part of England.
Please note: Outdoor heated swimming pool, shared with other properties on-site, (15' x 30' x 4' to 5' deep) with paddling pool (10' x 9' x 1'6" deep), available from the Friday immediately preceding the last bank holiday in May to the first Friday in September, 10am-evening. Note: Unfortunately electric cars cannot be charged on site but there is a charging point 4 minutes drive away (Tesco)
